After the first 2 payments to the writer via paypal, they give excuses of poor business and we'll pay you later, try to get the writer to write several more papers, then never pay another cent. Then they sell the same paper several times. I rpeorted them to the BBB, RCMP, and the provincial authorities; aling with an online report to US postal service for internet fruad and to paypal |
