So a friend of mine who is undergoing his doctorate purchased a paper from Masterpapers.com. I was skeptic about any and all sites that promise a non-plagerized paper at that level. After reading this site, I was wondering if it would be best to dispute it with one's credit card or if he should take this up with masterpapers.com. I'm just afraid that if he goes through the fraudulent company, theyll produce some evidence of work and declare that the order was filled.

For anyone who has recieved a refund, how did you go about it?

We suggest that you go directly to your credit card company and file a chargeback. The sooner, the better.

thanks for information. i am also strucked with this company. they are tell me to wait till 2-3 days if issue is not resolved then we will refund ur money in 5-10 bussiness working days. please advice me what to do in this matter.

and is there any true genuine site for writing or all are fraud.

because i also placed order with ivydissertation this is also piece of crap. they send me paper a day before deadline date for them but that was totally different from what i specified to them then i submitted that for revision twice after first revision they send me same paper again, and after second paper they changed only couple of lines on first page.
and i submitted that again for revision. but the problem is they haven't took out any money from my credit card even after 20 days. so i am little bit confused in this case too...
so please advice me in this case too..

Check your receipt and go through the company you paid through. Its either paypal, or SWREG or even your credit card company. I am also an unhappy customer of master papers. They did not even deliver anything. They keep sending promises, it will be done, it will be done. THe work is two weeks overdue and I have given up. They take days to respond to messages and it is just a complete waste of time. I feel sorry for anyone out there believing that masterpapers will solve their issues. They are trouble, dont go there!. I have logged my complaint through SWREG, and I am confident I will get a refund that way. If you go direct to masterpapers you are just wasting time. They are bogus, bogus, cheats , the list is endless.
