Masterpapers should not be trusted and certainly not used. Do you really think that someone is going to take the time and effort to write an amazing essay for you?! Its impossible, and how can they predict a grade for you??! Again, impossible. Basically this site asks for all your personal details (banking, passport photocopy..) things which are very dangerous to hand out, and could in fact get YOU into trouble, so use your intelligence and think before you act. No one should ever ask for these details, so that is your first obvious clue. Yes, this site looks very professional, and yes they seem to offer everything, and yes they have pictures of competent looking European people to offer you good customer service. BUT, have you ever spoken to one of their sevice team on line?! No? Well, you'll notice their spelling, vocabulary and well, knowledge is in fact not all that great, to put it simply. They offer no help and avoid answering your questions (because they can't) and they are in fact impatient, because they are con artists who just want your money, so basically they are just sad people humouring you at the other end, because they have to make their site a little 'real'. If you speak to them over the phone you will hear a foreign person with poor english and they will tell you lies. They have no offices. They have no professional writers (they're all ESL). They have no RIGHT to be taking your money. So if you have been foolish and ordered a paper from MasterPapers, cancel your order now. You'll never receive your paper in time anyway. Good luck.

Immediately call your credit card company to file a chargeback. At the same time, contact MasterPapers to demand that they cancel the order and issue a refund. If they don't comply voluntarily, the chargeback will still get processed in your favor later.

I was about to cancel my order then they sent me a email saying:

An order that you've placed with us needs to be verified, and you'll need
to fill out a special form for verification.
I'm sending this form to you as an attachment and you'll need to fill out
it and send back to us.
I want to let you know what your order is in progress right now, and
there're no problems with your payment.
All you need to do is to provide us with this form so that we can verify
your order.

Please note, that due to a high amount of fraudulent orders, we have to implement new procedures that will help us to reduce the risks and protect you, as well as ourselves, from internet fraud, thus we have to ask you to complete the special authorization form. Please print the form out, complete all of the fields required by hand, no type-in forms will be accepted, and e-mail it or fax it back to us within next 48 hours.

The authorization document contains information for me to fill in such as my name, address, contact phone number and i have to sign my signature to confirm that i am the card holder as well as date it.

Is this unusual because normally whenever purchasing anything online they do not ask for soo much information.

Hi, i have jus contacted (emailed) their admin saying thanks for your help but i would like to cancel the order as i am uncomfortable about the whole verification process and would like a immediate refund. I cannot call the bank yet but i will contact the bank tommorow. Do i just tell my bank (natwest) that i would like a chargeback on this transaction that was made and what else do i say to my bank?

However masterpapers have contacted me by email saying:

"Once again we would like to thank you for choosing services provided by MasterPapers.com

We would like to inform you that your order now has been cancelled. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days and the money will be credited back into your account.
We hope that this cancellation will not prevent you from placing orders with MasterPapers.com in the future.

So i think well asssum this means i do get my refund i hope!

It must be a missatake, DONT TRUST THEM, THEY KEEP TELLING YOU LIES AND MORE LIES. I HAD A ORDER WITH THEM,2DAYS JOB!!!!!!!! AFTER 2 WEEKS STILL NOTHING, THEY JUST KEEP CHANGING THE WRITER( IF IT WAS ANY WRITER AT ALL) AND DID NOT REPLY OR EVEN GIVE ME A REASON.
