I was so regretive to find this website later. i put an order for 15,000 MSC degree dissertation on the "CustomEssays" on . i suffered a lot. after 3 hours i transfered the payment. they called me and gave lots of garauntes. but after several days , i called them . they complained that it was my fault to put a wrong order . and they only got 4 pages from the writer. they started to pay more and more. this time, they gave a link to sent money to "SWREG" in USD. i felt a bit strange cause one is 450 pounds and the other is 760 pounds. luckily, 760 pounds exceeds the limitation of my paypal account. i just sent 450 pounds but add VAT 570 pounds totally.

now they rejected to pick up my call and made a lot of stories. i asked for refund but they said the money has been refunded yet in their records in the system. but i don't believe.

i will call my credit card company to get refund!!

can some friends here tell me how to deal with the credit card company about this problem?cause they have cancealed my order and deleted all the messages on that website. only i have is some messages from email.

Contact paypal and explain them that you bought an item from customessays but their product was not satisfactory and you want refund. I had similar problem with customessays and i got refund but instead of paypall i did the transaction with 2Checkout and contacted with them. you may need to contact with them several times to get your refund

I placed a order with "Customessay" this morning with out doing proper research about them, than I did a lil bit of reasearch and i found this website. I am glad that i found this on time, I just called 2CO and cancalled my payment which I paid through PAYPAL.

i got crime number from police station and also contact to paypal.

people in customessays.co.uk answered that they did not realize the transcation and will refund the money shortly.

i hope they refund me soon

today is 21st April. they did not refund me and still asked me to wait for it. i thought they got a big problem on refund cause too many students are waiting for their refund. the worker on the phone rejected to pick up calls. i have to ask police to call them.

You can contact your Credit Card company to file a dispute. Then the Credit Card Company will stop this payment in about 2 days. I did it once.
