I paid UKEssays £1450 on the 6th of December for a 12,000 word dissertation it was agreed that the delivery time was to be the 22nd of December. Initially I liked there customer service and they reassured me that the researcher appointed to the job was one of their best. Around the 20th I suggested to UKEssays people that if the researcher needed a few extra days he could have it the reason being I just sent them back some questioners and I knew it was not possible to look through them in the time left without compromising quality. To my surprise the UKEssays people said this will not be necessary and it will be done on time, I said ok gaining some confidence in their time keeping, this was not to be case though they did need more time and asked for 5 extra days I gave this. After the 5 days where due they asked for 2 extra days a little concerned I gave in and agreed. This deadline shifting did not end there they called again saying the researcher needs an extra 2 days and they would deliver on the 31st before midnight, by now very disappointed with their service and many un kept words I made this extension of time dependent on the researcher sending me what they have done up that point for some reassurance, the UKEssays people agreed saying they would inform the researcher of my request however nothing materialised so I phoned as well as emailed them going over their history of empty promises to me and expressed my disappointment they said not worry the completed work was due 100% complete that evening before midnight. So instead of counting down the minutes in celebration to the New Year I was sat at my PC waiting for this work to show up and surprise, surprise that it did not.

Well now it January the 1st no work no word from UKEssays, so you would understand at my disappointment, I am not sure if they are open but calling they just put you on hold endlessly so cant get through. They claim if deadline is not met they would refund and do the work for free I wonder if that is another empty promise? I would be great full to have your feed back, experiences and any advice.

So what happened in the end mate, did you get your money back?

did they hand in their work? or did they refund you soon?

what kind of excuses did they use for asking for extension? computer crashed?

did you give them extar work on your previous order?

if your deadline doesn't expire, you had better wait. at least , you can get your work. but if not, you can ask for refund. no meaning for waiting if it expired.

i ordered an essay from UKessays.co.uk. they promised to send me before midnight on 18th April. but i am now still waiting. no attachments from their completed order and also nothing from their link which connects to UKessays.com that they said can download the work. i hope it is not a fraud company.

On 17th , they emailed me and said the researcher wants to extend the date. the work will be handed in no later than 19th April . they gave an excuse as computer-crash. but as a professional writer, they should be aware of such a danger and keep several copies in different places.
