Before coming to this site, I placed 3 small orders on the site. (small meaning no more than 4 pages)
The results of them are quite different, here is a few facts about them...

1) the unstable quality
I supposed they also hire native writers since there difinitely will be freelance writters who applied to write for them. One of my work is done by a native English speaker. and the other one is extremely bad on all standard.

2) order cancelations
Can't deny the instant online help system attract many customers. Be careful when inputing the question. If it go like " I want a refound" or "where is my revision" or "want to cancel order #xxxxxx", they might just turn you off by saying no operators available. So instead of the above statements, you should always go like "ordering issue" or "custom essay question", etc.
If it shows " order is registered in our databases for more than 2 days", cancel it, they won't find a writer anyhow. If you just placed an order and sees this post, cancel it, you might get wrecked by their inconsistancy.
I ended up cancelling one of the order, getting one fine order, and pay 60% of the last order. The story about the last one is that the quality is extremely bad that I would have to write it myself, I request an revision, but then it turns up we are not avaliable to rewirte it. The operator guy give me an 40% refound, which is better than nothing.

3) can't find a writer
As stated above, if they can't find one in 2 days, they won't be able to find one, or the chances is low.
