Recently i was foolish enough to pay masterpapers.com to buy a background research on a topic i am writing because i do not have resources to get the information i needed. i learned that i will never get this. I requested to see what is being written so far said I will get it in few days time but after more than few days. I received nothing so i write again and requesting that they send me the file. got reply said problem with the system and lost the work. - this alerted me and realized that i have been scammed. my first time. i been using web since Mosaic browser days and used my creditcard to purchase access to infoseek.com search engine.

i looked at my receipt and contacted SWREG, they wrote back

surely with history like masterpapers have surely SWREG must know of their fraudulent activities and doing nothing. I will be contacting paypal and my cc issuer.
