What kind of procedure did you have to go through and how lond did you have to wait?

Also did you get all of it back?

I'm currently seeking a refund myself, but worried I won't get anything back

They told me they would refund me 75% of my money that was almost 2 weeks ago, ive checked with my bank and nothing. Ive emailed them a few times about it and they don't reply...I usually get an automated message from them as soon as i email them to say they'll reply within 24 hours. well i have been emailing them, and guess what, i havent been getting the automated messages. So I emailed them again using a different email address this time and guess what it reached them!!! hmmm suprise suprise they probably blocked any messages from my name/email. anyway i guess i have to call them but i HATE speakin to that william at CS! what a w@~?>r!!! im not confident.....how long did u wait for your refund?

I opened a dispute on paypal and just simply rang customwriting up, i think it was sum kelvin dude or watever and told him straight that i did not get my email, i checked both my email address that i gave them and no work, checked my junk mail and draft incase its there and still nothing. I also told him i want a refund now cus my deadline was gone and i did it myself. He gave me some ###### about his policy not offering refunds unless they could not write my essay but i kept saying i did not get it. Couple days later after my dispute was open, i had an email saying i got a refund. It was the whole full amount - £252. However, i'm still waiting for it to show in my bank account. Paypal said its been sent and just matter of waiting. Been 4 days now since they have sent it but still nothing in my bank. Hopefully, it'll show up - i will let you guys know either way.


Yeh i would not recommend emailing them cus they never get back! I got my refund couple days after i opened my dispute on paypal.

They said they would refund me 65% of the total £170 which is poor anyway considering it was all plagorized. They said they would refund me about a month ago and still havn't recieved. They're the biggest assholes I've ever dealt with and can't believe I was so dumb to get involved with them in the first place.

Anyone thinking of dealing with them - THINK again!!

well its been 2 months now since they said they would refund me. I spent so much time, as well as money calling them and writing e-mails, doing their pathetic 'live chats' to get this money back and nothing. ive spoke to paypal and they wont help. im so mad but not a thing any of us can do.
