I've place an order over a month ago. And it has never been finished properly. I missed all deadlines for submission. Now I am struggling to get my refund. Trying to send emails to their billing department and no answer received yet. Tired calling their customer service and speaking to their dumb ***** operators (or they pretend to be dumb ***** which is easier than handle a problem). Today one of their admins said that they will think about refunding my money. I couldn't reach my bank today as it was very busy I guess, but I will try to do that again tomorrow morning. Also called to 2checkout.com, but they said that my credit card wasn't in their system and probably masterpapers.com used some other service company. Any other suggestions how can I get my money back or what should I tell to bank officials about that? Thanks in advance!
