Here's my problem! I placed an order for a first class dissertation (£900 almost) on 31 Jan. When the writer sent me the work, it didn't meet the main criteria that I requested. So I asked her to re-do the work after seeing my advisor sending him all the information required. I requested to send him one of the last updates on last Friday, but he failed to do so again after giving several excuses. My deadline with him is tonight (25 March) and the actual deadline is 27 March and very shocked to find your website just now. I don't know what to do as it's too late to cancel the order, even though I paid with my credit card.

I should have realised that it has taken me almost 2 months to finish the work and still I had been patient enough.

Please, could you suggest me what I should do now? My best friend also placed an order with me together and her previous writer was replaced by a new one and he has tried to ask her for extension!

Demand your money back immediately. That is the only intelligent answer to your problem.

Thank you so much for you advice. The problem is my deadline is in this Tuesday. How could I demand the refund right now? I have already contacted my credit card company and there will be a reimbursement against the card under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 & European Commerce Directive 2002.

I am just so sorry I found this website now. Even now the writer gave me another excuse to upload the work and I managed to track down his location from a Conference of an organization he used as an excuse in that he's from India!!!

I had another order with them earlier for an essay and the second writer had to be allocated as the first one only replied to me/admin on the last day of the order that she could not proceed the work because of she was pregnant. I had to give an extra 3 days to the second one with lots of fuss.

I just can't do anything now. Money and time wasted! Hope this messages would have helped others as a big lesson.
