I have ordered something from essay relief but, foolishly, didn't search them on Google before hand. I now know that I will have been conned. However, the problem is I paid through PayPal and not 2cO. Is there any way I will be able to get a refund?

Log-in to your PayPal account immediately to file a dispute in order to reverse the transaction. Show PayPal the following page for justification and tell PayPal that you refuse to wait around to be the next victim:

Thanks for the reply. I have filed a dispute and, not surprisingly, they haven't replied. Do you think I should escalate it and let paypal deal with it now? I only made payment yesterday and am not due to receive my "work" until 7th March. I have sent 3 emails to them asking to cancel the order, to no avail.

What to do!!

Obviously, I'm not surprised at their lack of response.

The longer you wait in taking decisive action, the more ammo you give EssayRelief to claim that you "waited too long." I would escalate the PayPal claim immediately, which will show PayPal that you have no confidence whatsoever in EssayRelief's credibility after reading former customers' complaints about their Pakistani operation.

I have done all of this now and am waiting.

However, I received an email from essayrelief who said that they have cancelled it and will be refunding. Do you think I should treat this as lies?

I am also dealing with their crap right now. I was told numerous times that my order was cancelled and a credit had been placed (since 3/11/2007). As of today I called 2CO.com (who ran the charge) and sure enough one was never requested by essayrelief.com. 2Co.was was easy to work with, and I feel a little confident after having talked to them.

I have also been in touch with the essayrelief.com billing company, EducationSP.com. If you want to call them they can be reached at 1-866-393-3377.

On top of all this, they actually sent me the fraudulent essay even after I cancelled it (and beyond the deadline given). It was ripped from a third party, and easily accessible to anyone with an internet connection. I informed the third party of this as well.

i have been had and it feels aweful. just got my essay from these folks, threw the first line into google and realized the whole thing was a joke. i stumbled upon these threads and then called 2co.com and they have no record of my purchase, but it had been made. I checked my cc statement and it was recorded as "#EDUCATIONSE 866-393-3377 DE" does anyone know who to contact or how to resolve this? the next dateline special should be tracking down the jackasses who do this crap!

Hello, guess wat? I recieved a paper from essayrelief.com, and it was plagiarized 100%...They agreed to pay me 75% of the amount I paid and i got it. I just called educationsp.com after recieving my 75% refund, and warned them about how I know what they 'really' are up to, and they hung up on me! Unbelievable.. I got the call from termpaperrelief.com, and this guy MICK agreed to pay me the remaining amount. So i would strongly suggest that you call educationsp at 1-866-393-3377...you never know....I also cancelled my credit card bcz I don't trust this company....

These guys dont reply anymore. I have paid more than 500$. My work was a thesis ?? Is there any solution ?
