They solicit for writers, pay them for the first month's work, then claim poor cash flow and delay payment.

They persuade writers to keep submitting work and after another month or two cease contact completely with the writer. Someitmes they claim the writer plagiarized when they did not. Sometimes they ask for a paper to be written from 3 different points of view for 3 differnt papers and pay for only one.

They also sell the papers several times after telling students the papers are "custom" written.

Big scam.

Wow, I'm shocked, because I have been working for Xpress Essays for 3 1/2 years. They are not the only company I've worked for, but I have never been accused of writing plagiarized papers or have been denied payment. As a matter of fact, I've received bonus payments for being Xpress Essays writer of the month! I think they are very friendly and professional.

I will have to disagree with you on this.
