I've got some great news for everyone who has been conned by MasterPapers.com. Contact the company 2co.com (2Checkout.com), which is the company that your payment was made through. I contacted them telling them about the con, basically that the company refused to refund me and kept saying they would revise the extremely plagiarised paper. However, the company 2co.com are a great company! They immediately told me they would contact the company, and did so, within 24 hours EssayRelief had offered me a 50% refund - I refused (obviously) and contacted 2co again. The next day I received a 60% offer from EssayRelief, I told them this was laughable and that I would contact 2co again. I did so, and the next day they gave me a full refund! 2co are a well established company and take great pride in their customer service and as a result if you contact them they will ensure you get a refund. So please, any of you who have been conned by this company. Go to 2co.com and contact them with your complaint. They will ensure you are given a refund. My refund was £119.60 - however my housemate had a similar problem with a dissertation worth £350. 2co also assisted him in gaining a refund from the company.

Everyone who has been conned, contact 2Checkout.com. It wasn't until 4 weeks after my purchase that I even contacted 2co and I was still able to get a refund - it is not too late.

I'd really like to know how you did this. I contacted 2co.com and they told me that there was nothing they could do. Whatever refund is given is a matter between masterpapers and me. They were not involved in the refund process. Any suggestions?

You can get a refund. I called my credit card company who get in tough with 2co.com right there and then and they gave me a refund straight away, all it took was one phone call! For anyone who wants a refund I would definetly recommend contacting them through your credit card company as for 2 weeks I was emailing and telephoning masterpapers and they didn't bother to respond to me or answer my calls.

Thay have another site, customessays.co.uk. They are the same company. I have paid nearly £500 to them and received rubbish.

I contacted MasterPapers to do a paper. The first paper read like a dictionary. I asked them to redo it. Oh, boy did they. It was plagarized. Even Admistration (Alison) said it was plagarized. Their Quality Assurance Dept. said it was plagarized. I tried to cancel the order, twice. Then I received another e-mail saying that the paper could be re-written and that I would receive a partial refund. I chose the latter. That was about a month ago. Now some bimbo named Jim is emailing me telling me that it wasn't plagarized. MasterPapers now uses some company, I guess, called Writing Svcs Panama. I want my money back. I'm being called a liar. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, you are not alone in being scammed by Masterpapers.com.

The first thing you should do is immediately file a chargeback with your credit card company.

The second thing you should do is post here as much information about the company(ies) as possible. Let other people know exactly what MasterPapers.com has done to you so that others do not suffer the same fate.

Thanks. I've posted some information about the company on wikipedia but would, if possible, post information on more web sites to better inform the public. I just don't know how to find more sites. It was by chance and luck that I found this one. Too bad there can't be a link right under or above MasterPapers web site where we can post information about that company.

The writer 9535 Michelle was the one who plagatized the paper. In our emails back and forth (I have hard copies) she relayed that she was an attorney from New York.
