The charge is 9 pounds 95 pence for each page written, and the first payment is the smallest at 49 sterling pounds. The customer services team explain to you over the phone (which by the way, u will have to dial 1 on their automated service to put u through to their"writers" rather than 2 which should go to the customer side) that once the work is written, you get the amount of pages worth 49 pounds in 2-3 days, where you then make your next payment....and once work is sent to you again..you can make your third and final payment...I received an acknowledgment email with payment and confirmation that the first set of papers would be delivered within 2-3 days. However, after 4 days, nothing was received and after chasing them up via email and phone, they refused to pass the details of the writer to contact directly to get an Estimated time of arrival, yet they wouldn't know when the paper would be delivered either. This was the case for a few days...to top this up, I get a reminder 1 week on for making the second payment or my second lot of work would not be delivered....where is the first set of work???? Well, that is a question I'd like answering...however, they still don't know and refuse to pay back the money I already paid.
