I too have been well and truely scammed by this company. i got the essay from then written by a foreign writer who speaks at best weak english. Ranh William the customer service guy, who always answers this customer service number. he says i shall get my money back, i threatened with everything from the police to uk trading standards! He says i should get my money back within 5 days. I told him about his scam company, he was very charming, very confident and said the company 'produces outstanding essays and i am a very rare exception'. I told him i didnt think so. he said if it was a fraudulent company why have they not been shut down???? I HAD NO ANSWER FOR HIM. WHY????
