Paypal Will Not Refund My Money!

So I paid www.customwriting.co.uk £150.10 for essay that was beyond terrible (see my previous posts). They may say they use C2o, but they e-mailed me a link to use through paypal. I paid the amount. Now ive just rang my bank who say they can't do anything (LLoyds TSB) and told me to speak to Paypal. I rang paypal and they said they cannot refund money on 'tangeable' goods, if it arrived by post I could get a refund...however as the company e-mailed me the essay, paypal won't refund. However they did say I could e-mail them links to verify this company is fraudulent...and then MAYBE something could be done. I have the link where the company is on the scam list, is there anything else solid I can mail them? This company is part of EssayRelif.com right? I'm so frustrated, I can't believe I have been so stupid

This is the biggest pile of S@:~ I have ever come across!!! Just received my 'essay' from them- not good enough to wipe dirt of your shoes with! No referncing, rushed, bad grammer, bad writing, I asked for a UK writer as the work had to be from a British perspective- written by probably a russian 12 year old! Rambles and rambles on about death, autopsy, erm....medicine!! then final 200 words on 'Survivor'......oh did i mention my essay title was on 'British Big Brother'????!!!!!!
