I ordered two essays from Customessays.co.uk. Because it was really difficult and specialized, i asked them million of times, they told me they can easily do this.
Ok, then, few days later, they emailed me that essays have done, and ask me to go to the board to download it. But, the paper they give me is totally irrelevant with my criteria, and i noticed that the paper was last saved at 20th of January, which means what i got is something from their database, it was plagiarise. I called them right away, and ask for refund. they said they will try to contact the writers and get some revision. they then extended the deadline 24 hours without notifying me. 2 days later, they still give me nothing. it drives me crazy. i called them for immediate refund. they then said because i've downloaded the essay, i had used it. even though i have to download it to read. Here's their tricks:  I told them that "the essay is overdued and you still give me nothing, i want refund now" they then hang out the phone and never picked up. i just kept trying, finally they picked it up and asked me to send an email to them first. I told them i've sent you millions already. They just don't want to talk to me and said send it once again and never talked about the refund. Anyone got any idea that if i can get the money back from the credit card company and how to do it please! Thanks a lot! |
