They solicit for writers, pay them for the first month's work, then claim poor cash flow and delay payment.

They persuade writers to keep submitting work and after another month or two cease contact completely with the writer. Someitmes they claim the writer plagiarized when they did not. Sometimes they ask for a paper to be written from 3 different points of view for 3 differnt papers and pay for only one.

They also sell the papers several times after telling students the papers are "custom" written.

Big scam.

They solicit writers for research projects, including literature reviews, but are a paper mill. After the first 2 payments to the writer via paypal, they give excuses of poor business and we'll pay you later, try to get the writer to write several more papers, then never pay another cent. Then they sell the same paper several times.
