Essay Relief, Don't Waste Your Time

Hello,
I am just another person jumping on the "don't bother with essayrelief" bandwagon.
I ordered a paper. It came a day and a half later than the stated deadline, it was 95% plagiarized. (I googled every other line of the paper and found out it was stolen directly from random websites.) The entire thing was written in horrible broken english, and it was completely unrelated to the topic I requested. Not to mention it didn't use any sources I provided them with.
I contacted both Essay Relief and 2CO for a refund. Essay relief promised a full refund within 7-10 days and 2CO said they would request a refund from the distributor. The problem is that the $$ showed up on my bill, was not there the next day, but is back again. Has anyone else had this problem?
I hope I get my full refund but if not, lesson learned the hard way I suppose
