Scammed By Ivy!

I've just been scammed by this company. I used ivydissertations.co.uk for help with a research proposal. Soemone called "jason" talked to me over live chat then called me at home to discuss my requirements, he persuaded me to upgrade to a 2:1 paper when i was only wanting a 2:2. I paid £135 through paypal as i dont have a credit card, and i provided them with 10 reference papers and the criteria required.
I got my paper this morning and ran it through Viper, which is a free anti-plagiarism software. The result was that the paper is 95% plagiarised. Half of the content has no relevance whatsoever to my topic and upon further investigation it has been copied word for word from the internet!
I contacted ivydissertations.co.uk and spoke to "jason" via live chat again who passed me to "jefferson" who told me to file a revision form then cut me off!
No one will talk to me on the phone, they keep me on hold for ages then the phone goes dead. I have tried several times to contact them againthrough live chat but every time they realise who i am after i give them my order number they ignore me and cut me off.
I found this website and contacted 2.co.com who the payment was made to and they said they will contact ivydissertaitons and see what they have to say! i just want my money back. The paper they have "written" is complete rubbish. The spelling and grammar is terrible and half of it doesn't make sense. I have spent all day today trying to write a new paper from scratch! Somethingi should have done before i found these clowns!
I WISH i had found this site earlier! Im a single mom at uni and have been struggling with the workload at the moment - i only wanted a bit of guidance not to be ripped off.
Any advice would be great.
