How To Get A Refund From Essayrelief

Hi i order an essay from essayrelief.co.uk on the 7th december 2007 and received the essay but was not properly done. i requested a refund and was told they would refund me 50% and i said fine ok then. it has been over 3 months and have still not received the refund and when i ask then about it they tell me that they have already refunded the money. i paid by my mastercard when i received the payment link from essayrelief.co.uk. i dont remember how i paid but did use my credit card. i then contacted 2co because i thought i might of used them but they told me that they had no recored of my order and that i didnt use them. i dont know who to contact now. on the bank statement it showed educationsp and have been on the educationsp website and sent many emails but have got no reply.


Could someone please tell me what to do and who i should contact. Thanks
