Wish I Had Read This Before Using Masterpapers

I was lured into using Masterpapers.com because of the prices. That should have given me some sort of clue, but oh well. I sent them an order 5 days ago and paid over $100.00 for it. It was never assigned a writer until the day before it was due. When I received the paper, it had absolutely nothing to do with my instructions that I had given. No one answers at their 24/7 live customer service center. I finally got through to someone using the live chat option. The most I got out of them after "chatting" for over 1.5 hours was that he could follow my complaint and was sorry! He told me that it would take 24 hours to revise the paper, which I didn't have. I gave him 12 hours to complete it which he guaranteed me that it would be done. It is now 13 hours later and no paper. Also, any representatives from the 24/7 live chat service center are unavailable. Go figure! They told me that they could give me partial refund for failing to follow my guidelines. How nice of them! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
