I paid for 12 hour service but I received my paper within 20 hours. Of course, I was late to turn in the paper and because of that my professor said that he will take out the 10% from the grade that I will be receiving.
I had to call every hour to check if the paper is ready. Every time I called them, they responded me that “we cannot contact the writer” or “it will be uploading within one hour and call us back if you dont receive it.” When I chat with live operator online, he offered me whether I can cancel the order or receive the paper late and get refund the time difference. So I accepted that I will get my paper and get partial refund as well. After 17 hours passed, an operator called me and said that the paper will be upload within 45 minutes. I asked him if I will get the time difference refund as live chat operator offered me. He said that I will not get the refund and it is up to me whether to cancel the paper or not. I wanted to discuss with him if I will get the refund or not but all he said was I can cancel the paper or get the paper within 45 minutes. I asked that what about the 12 hour service promise and he responded me that the time frame would not matter now and he is called to inform that I will receive the paper within 45 minutes. If the time frame is not matter as he said, how come there is prices difference? Of course, I got my paper in about 3 hours later and no partial refund. I would be able to get my paper after my class is over. (Thank God, my teacher accepted late work but deducted 10% of the grade.) I paid to get my paper within 12 hours not 20 hours. Then what is the prices difference for? Guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction? I am not satisfied with the service!
