What is EssayFraud.org?

The Problem:  Deception & Fraud

The Solution:  Online Complaints

EssayFraud.org is a consumer education site that investigates hypocrisy involving plagiarism in academia.  We also dissuade plagiarism by enabling consumers and freelance writers to post complaints about term paper mills.  By reading those complaints, others can protect themselves from deceptive companies (domestic and abroad) that lie about their geographical location, experience, qualifications, and employment of amateur, ESL writers with poor English writing skills.  Our forum sheds light on the scams that cause financial loss, frustration, and squandered time for thousands of people every year.  Anyone can read/post complaints, which helps researchers, consumers, and freelance writers to avoid deceptive, Ukrainian sites like BestEssays.com and EssayWriters.net.  Furthermore, we help expose the dangers that diploma mills pose to our educational system, society, and national security.Deceptive sites like SuperiorPapers, EssayRelief, GhostPapers, BestEssays, and BestTermPaper.com hire ESL writers in Pakistan, India, and/or other foreign countries (despite often claiming otherwise) for as little as $3.00 per page (sometimes less) so that they can offer the low prices ($8.99–$15.95 per page) that fool American consumers.  Various sources online indicate that MBA- and PhD-level writers in America rarely work for less than $12.00 per page (based on qualifications, demand, and cost-of-living analysis), yet Ukrainian sites like BestTermPaper.com charge customers only $12.00 (or less) per page.  If the company receives $12.00 per page from a customer, various factors indicate that the likely ESL, non-American writer receives only a fraction of that $12.00!  Of course, offshore ripoff sites do not reveal these critical details to potential customers in America because the owners of such dishonest sites know that the vast majority of American customers would not knowingly pay a Ukrainian, Indian, or Pakistani company to write their English-language research papers.  So, the sites often contain blatant deception concerning location, experience, and qualifications. When paying consumers finally receive the often low-quality, commonly-plagiarized material that they were more than likely duped into ordering in the first place, the consumers' money is probably long gone.  The "guarantee" of many of the 657, verifiably deceptive or fraudulent sites is often a worthless ploy designed to give consumers a false sense of trust in what they are falsely led to believe is a company that is physically located in North America or the UK, which hires only native speakers of the English language who have earned Master- and/or Doctoral-level degrees from universities in North America or the UK.  Most troubling are the fraudulent, overseas "companies" that do not abide by the laws and regulations of the United States, Britain, or Canada.  They likely do not fear legal prosecution in North America or the UK because they are not physically located therein.  Their seizable assets are almost certainly located in their home country of Pakistan, Ukraine, Philippines, etc.  What they do fear is having their deception, false advertising, misrepresentation, or scams exposed, which they know will lead to a consumer base that is much less likely to fall prey to their tricks.

Fraudulent Sites with a Database of Plagiarized Papers

Many companies (TermPaperSolution.com, EssayArchive.com, MonsterEssays.com, EssayGalaxy.com, etc.) sell monthly subscriptions to databases of outdated, plagiarized papers that were apparently written years ago by amateur, ESL students.

EssayRelief.com's Bogus University Scams and
Fake Degree Mills are National Security Threats

"Degrees and diplomas issued by diploma mills are frequently used for fraudulent purposes, such as obtaining employment, raises, or customers on false pretenses.  Even if issuing or receiving a diploma mill qualification is legal, passing it off as an accredited one for personal gain is a crime in many jurisdictions." (Wikipedia.org)  In addition to their fraudulent term paper mills, the Pakistani criminals at EssayRelief.com operate non-existent, bogus "universities" and "accreditation organizations" like Rochville University, Belford University, Ashwood University, WOEAC, and BOUA, which were exposed by CNN for perpetrating blatant fraud and posing a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT.  These fake institutions are owned by the same crime syndicate in Pakistan that runs AffordableDegrees.com and many fraudulent term paper mills like IvyDissertations.com, AffordableThesisWriting.com, AffordableDissertationWriting.com, TermPaperRelief.com, AffordableResearchPapers.com, OriginalThesisWriting.com, IvyResearchPapers.com, etc.  If you have additional information about these criminals, or would like to share your opinion, you may post your comments in the public forum.  If you have a question or concern about a certain Web site, or would like EssayFraud.org to spotlight a particular scam, please feel free to contact us.
