Yes. The laws of probability dictate that there are some American research companies that engage in deceptive advertising and other fraudulent practices. However, we have been unable to identify them after reviewing over 550 sites. If you know of an American-owned company that advertises a foreign language site in a foreign country's market, and falsely claims to be "native" to that foreign country or "native speakers" of that particular foreign language, please contact us. We will be happy to place such sites in our list of fraudulent companies.
